Terms & Conditions

Effective from February 21, 2026

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to purchases made in the online store brightsign.cz operated by Make more s.r.o., Company ID: 21890161, VAT ID: CZ21890161 (hereinafter "Seller"). These Terms govern the mutual rights and obligations between the Seller and the buyer (hereinafter "Customer") arising from the purchase agreement concluded through the online store.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

The Customer places orders through the online store by completing the order form. An order constitutes a proposal to conclude a purchase agreement. The purchase agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller, sent to the Customer's email address. The Seller reserves the right to reject an order, particularly in the case of product unavailability or an obvious pricing error.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed both including and excluding VAT. The binding price is the one at the time the order is submitted. Payment methods: - Online card payment (Stripe) - Bank transfer - Invoice payment (approved B2B customers only) For bank transfers, goods are shipped after the payment is credited to the Seller's account.

4. Delivery

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Items on order are delivered within the timeframe specified on the product page, usually 3–5 business days. Shipping is provided through Packeta and other carriers as available.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Withdrawal must be communicated in writing to the Seller (by email to info@brightsign.cz). Goods must be returned undamaged, in original packaging, with all components and documents. The Seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B orders (purchases under a business ID).

6. Complaints and Warranty

All goods come with a statutory warranty period of 24 months for consumers. For B2B customers, the warranty period is 12 months. Complaints should be submitted without undue delay by email to info@brightsign.cz. Details are governed by the Complaints Procedure.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available on the Privacy Policy page.

8. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the website.
